  • How do I register an account with Inferis Online?
    If you haven't already registered as a customer with us, you can click here to create an account. Fill out the required information, then click "continue".
    You will receive an email confirmation with some details from us and you will be automatically signed in after creating your account.



    I have moved. How do I change my address?
    If you have moved and wish to change your address, log in to your account, then click on " View or change entries in my address book". From this page you can edit your address.


    I have forgotten my password, how do I get it back?
    Click here and fill in the Email Address you used when creating your account in order to get your password sent to you.


    How can I check the status of my order?
    Make sure you are logged in, then click on "My Account". At the top of this page, you will see your latest orders with the current status. Click on "View" to get more information about your order.

  • How do I use my Coupon Code?
    You can enter your Coupon Code during the checkout process. When you are on the first page of the checkout process that reads "Your Details", you will see the section "Do you have a promotional code or discount coupon?". Before entering your code, make sure you have selected a Shipping and Payment Method first. When you have done that, enter your code exactly as it said in the promotion, then click "continue".

    You will be taken to the "Order Confirmation" page where you will see your discount applied.


    How do I search for a product?
    To the left of any page you will find a search box. From here you can search for movie-, music-, and television-posters, and all our products. The search engine will automatically find all products related to they keywords you enter into the search field. For instance, if you are looking for any products about "James Bond", simply enter that into the search field and hit enter on your keyboard or click on the magnifying glass.



    The more information you enter into the search field, the more precise results you will get. For instance if you are looking for products related to a specific movie title, try typing in for example "James Bond Goldeneye". You can also search for many of our products by searching for the directors or actors name, for instance "Ridley Scott". To do so, enter your search terms and then tick the "Search for Celebrity" button before initiating the search.


    I cannot find the product I am looking for.
    The product you are looking for is most likely sold out or not in or stock. Please contact our support department for inquries about the item.


    How do I remove a product from my Shopping Cart?
    Go to your Shopping Cart, then tick the box to the left of each product you want to remove. Click "Update Cart" to remove the selected products.


    How do I cancel an order once I have completed it?
    Contact our support department about cancelling your order. Please add the order number or any other related information about your order to the contact form to expedite your request. Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped.


    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Paypal and Credit Cards (Mastercard and VISA).

    Regular Air Mail: To most locations in Europe, 10 business days is the normal delivery time frame. If you are located in the U.S., please allow 15 to 20 business days for merchandise to reach your destination. If you are located in Australia/New Zealand, 20 - 25 business days is your normal delivery time frame. Should delivery of your purchase suffer a delay, please contact our support department immediately regarding the issue. (orders@inferisonline.com)


    What are your shipping costs?
    1. $15 via Regular Air Mail, $20 if you wish to insure your package.

    2. $63.00 for EMS Express and $10.00 per additional item.



    How long do you take to ship my order?
    We ship your order within 48 hours after we receive and clear your payment. (Orders paid on Fridays will ship the following Monday)


    Which places in the world do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide.


    One or several of my items are missing or damaged, or I received the wrong item.
