I started examining and authenticating autographs 15 years ago, after getting sidetracked from doctoral studies in literature. In 2004, I got a position at InferisOnline as RM, helping with the recordkeeping of autographs' history; identifying, classifying, archiving, preserving signing events, etc. More recently, I have also become a useful document and handwriting examiner for the company. With my broad selection of autographs that I have amassed over the years, giving me the chance to research signatures in many fields, I intend to educate and help with my knowledge movie fans and collectors of autographs. I have come to think of myself as a "thorough researcher", and I find the Web to be a superb medium for sharing knowledge and interacting with the results of such knowledge. Yes, a professional examiner needs to be extremely attentive to accuracy and detail when it comes to examing an autograph before we can give an opinion.
